INDX attaches evidence to every decision, showing exactly where the answer appears in the source document, and automatically verifies that the cited passage actually exists. It also records every action in a tamper-resistant form and supports on-premises deployment, so your data can stay inside your organization.
INDX reduces that risk through several safeguards. The AI must provide evidence for every answer, and if it cannot cite evidence, the item is routed to Needs review instead of being decided automatically. The cited passages are mechanically checked against the source text, then reviewed through a two-step process using a decision AI and a review AI. Low-confidence items are automatically sent to a human reviewer.
No. Our contracts with AI providers prohibit use of customer data for training. In dedicated cloud or on-premises environments, all AI processing can run within your own environment, so data does not physically leave your organization.
Yes. INDX can be deployed entirely on your company’s servers, with AI processing completed internally. We also support fully closed networks with no internet connectivity, distributing the AI runtime and updates offline.
